Flowchart of fully automatic gypsum powder plant:
Gypsum mine --- first crushing --- second crushing --- grinding --- calcining --- aging -- finished products.
Gypsum mine is crushed into particles that less than 30mm diameter, and the particles are grinded in the mill. After grinding, the powder which passes the screen would be transferred into the furnace for calcination, while the rest can’t meet the fineness requirements would be returned to the miller for the second grinding. The qualified calcined gypsum powder is sent to product bin or workshop.
