5.5 CBM Self Loading Concrete Mixers Product Description

Self-loading concrete mixer is a special vehicle for mixing concrete, which can load, mix and transport concrete by itself and deliver it to the construction site for construction.

Working Principle

Self-loading concrete mixer truck realizes the loading of raw materials, on-site mixing, transportation and dumping of concrete by adding raw materials into the feeding hopper, starting the motor of the mixing cylinder, injecting a certain amount of water and then automatically mixing, then starting the motor of the transmission system to transport the concrete to the construction site, and unloading the concrete automatically by the mixing cylinder after reaching the site, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and concrete quality.

Structure Composition

Self-loading concrete mixer usually consists of mixing cylinder, feeding hopper, transmission system, water system, operating system and other parts. At the construction site, the raw materials can be added into the feeding hopper and the rotating speed of the mixing cylinder and the output of the water pump can be controlled to make the concrete mix evenly in the mixing cylinder and reach the required pouring standard and strength requirements.
