Customized 75m3/h Concrete Mixing Plant For Algerian Customer

A 75 m3/h stationary concrete mixing plant was delivered at the end of March, a scheduled order from one of our regular Algerian customers. The plant features a JS1500 twin-shaft concrete mixer with planetary reducer, fully automatic computer control system combined with a manual metering control panel, SCHNEIDER electrical, four large aggregate bins with a storage capacity of 20 m3 each, two sets of 100 ton bolted fixed cement silos and a complete set of spare parts replacement for one year.

For the electrical side, we use SCHNEIDER electrical to ensure the safety and reliability of the plant.

The mixing plant is also equipped with four large aggregate bins, each with a storage capacity of 20 cubic meters, which can meet the customer's demand for aggregate in large projects. Two sets of 100 tons bolted cement silos can ensure the continuity and stability of production. In addition, we offer a complete spare parts replacement program to ensure that our customers are efficient and worry-free during their use of the equipment.
