Singaporean Customers Visit Zoomjo for ZJ180 Concrete Batching Plant Exploration

Last month, Zoomjo Machinery Factory had the pleasure of hosting a new customer from Singapore who was interested in our ZJ180 concrete batching plant. The Singaporean customer was accompanied by Manager Chen from the Foreign Trade Department and Manager Sun from the Sales Department. 

The managers provided a detailed introduction to the concrete batching plant, including the manufacturing process, unique advantages, and how to produce it. During the visit, the customer raised some technical questions, and Manager Chen answered them one by one. The customer was highly satisfied with the visit.

The ZJ180 concrete mixing plant is a product developed by our company, which integrates the advantages and technologies of high-quality models at home and abroad in recent years. Our team has also incorporated our years of experience in producing concrete mixing equipment.

 The main machine of the plant adopts a JS3000 forced twin-shaft concrete mixer, which can mix 3 cubic meters of concrete at a time. With a 180-meter mixing station, the plant can produce 180 cubic meters of concrete per hour. Based on 8 hours of working time per day and 30 working days per month, the output of the plant in one month would be 43,200 cubic meters of concrete.

This concrete batching plant is mainly used in concrete engineering, specifically for the purpose of mixing concrete. It is a complete set of equipment for producing concrete and is composed of systems and structural components such as feeding, storing, batching, mixing, discharging, and control. The plant is suitable for various large-scale infrastructure construction projects and places with a high demand for concrete, including urban commercial ready-mixed concrete, roads and bridges, water conservancy, airports, and ports.

According to Manager Chen from the Foreign Trade Department, negotiations regarding the contract with the Singaporean customer are ongoing, and we are ready to sign the contract. 

Over the years, Zoomjo Machinery has been actively expanding our overseas markets, and our concrete batching plants have been exported to various countries such as Indonesia, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia. We have received positive feedback and recognition from our customers.
