For limited site, ribbed belt conveyor with large inclination angle (usually 40°-50°) can be considered. However, in a wet environment, sand and gravel tend to adhere to the outside of the conveyor, affecting the batching ratio of concrete, so users should consider various factors when choosing.

4. The cumulative measurement of a stationary concrete mixing plant has one scale, and usually there are 2 to 4 scales for weighing separately. In order to ensure the production quality of concrete, users should choose the appropriate batching method in combination with the actual situation. When choosing batching machine, attention should be paid to its weighing accuracy, batching speed and stability.
