The hydraulic cone crusher is a high-performance crushing equipment designed in combination with the performance of Chinese metal materials. In all type of cone crusher, this machine has low energy consumption, large crushing force, high production capacity, high degree of automation, excellent product particle shape and low cost of wear parts. It is mainly used in the second and third stages of crushing in metal mines and construction sand and stone processing and is mainly used for the crushing of medium and high hard materials.

When hydraulic cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle sometimes close to the bowl liner, and sometimes far away from the bowl liner. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.
